This probiotic has good reviews and is organic. Seems to work but it takes weeks to notice any subtle changes as with any type of probiotic. I can’t say that it has a good taste because all probiotics and vitamins seem to have a bad taste and smell to me. I will continue to use this product. I recently purchased a larger amount because it’s a better value. Price is slightly better at Amazon and the order was shipped quickly.

I persist this product because I looked online and it was the third or second best probiotic to take. I also put it on automatic delivery for every 60 days as there is 60 capsules in each jar and you are only required to take one a day. Eye recommend this product. I feel a little bit better with it. I did take a previous probiotic and was not happy with it. And I find that my digestive system is working a lot better. So I do recommend this product for anyone that is looking for a good probiotic prebiotic capsule.

I was disappointed at first cause there was no difference but after a week of taking this every owning and night wow Dude I’ve woken up with a flatter and flatter stomach everyday! And even if i binged or ate a ton of junk i would not get as bloated and still wake up totally flat. I also got full quicker? However it did NOT make me go to the bathroom more if anything it just made me gassy lol but yea since i ran out I’ll go a week without them and see if theres a difference and update!!
