This is my first and probably last Amazon review but I have to tell you all how amazing this product is. Me and my doctors have been through almost all the option to get me regular. The next step was to send me to a bigger more expensive place to get treated UNTIL I found this product. I used to go once or twice a MONTH and that was only when Aunt Flo came to town. After a week of this product I go twice a week. I know that doesn’t sound like much but it is to me and my doctor! I have no doubt continuing with this product will get me more regular if this is what it does within 2 weeks of taking it and not even consistently. The prwbiotics kept me up. But I have adhd so it’s different. I we t to the bathroom once and jad some cramps but inly that first day. I didn’t go again and I am eating a lit of protein which is why I need them.they did nothing. And I did t k one weight which was a test. But the turmeric and other things in the prebiotics you need to make sure you’re not on a blood thinner and take turmeric so ask your Dr before starting these.In the end the energy I derived from the prebiotic stopped because the enzymes just weren’t working. I just stopped taking them. And bought a brand a Dr recommended.Ho estly everyone es different t and after you ask your pharmacist of doctor and if theu say okay you need to rey them your self. Also read up on the different strains.The pills are huge. Ididnt have an issue but others would.I didn’t smell anything ir taste anything.

I had a strong reaction to these supplements. Belly bloat got worse, I was lethargic, constipated and this did not get better over time. I’d read about the benefits, but this combo is too much. And there’s no way I can take 3 per day. I eat right, do yoga 4x per week, and drink plenty of water. I’m in menopause and my belly bloat is out of control and I cannot lose weight. Probiotics are encouraged, but these did nothing but make my bloat worse. I’ve tried hanging in there for 2 weeks but I’m so uncomfortable, even if taking only 1 per day or every other day. Maybe it’s a herxheimer reaction, whatever it is, it’s not worth continuing.

Maybe an unfair review for me to write, as I’m not upset with the purchase per se. I guess I thought it might be an aid to weight loss by helping my digestive system take food and not store so many calories on my body. I might’ve had too high of expectations. Fine product. Comes packaged very nicely in a moisture proof clear baggy inside each metal tin (much like a tin of Altoids). Not overly large so swallow easy enough.
