I have been using H4U Super Collagen for several months now and have seen a noticeable difference in my skin and, especially my nails. My skin looks better and feels softer and my nails, that used to be thin & brittle, are so hard they are difficult to bend… I’m very pleased with this product and love that it has Vitamin C & HA. It is completely odorless and tasteless so I add it to my coffee every morning.I did notice that the price has gone up significantly which I don’t love so I may explore other brands but a bit hesitant.

I already drink a different brand of collagen powder and have tried several brands, so I’m familiar with the meat-y smell that some powders have, but this is something I couldn’t get used to at all. I did finish the tub, but only because I was getting such great results. My nails were stronger than they’ve EVER been, and I have very weak, almost translucent nails, and this powder made them grow and feel like talons! I was very impressed by that. I was just starting to see results with my hair growth (I think it takes longer to see those results, like up to 2 months) when I finished the tub and had the great debate about whether or not to buy another tub. Ultimately I couldn’t pull the trigger because it was truly a chore to gulp this down. There are gummies available, and I tried those, too, with similar good results but I didn’t like how oddly sweet they are and the consistency is quite soft and sticks to my teeth like crazy. I tried those in the fridge to harden them up, which helped, but again the flavor of the gummies is what drove me to the powder in the first place. I might give it another go some day, but it’s an expensive product and I like the powder I’m drinking now.

I purchased this because it had the most collagen per serving. What I didn’t realize the scoop is huge double the size of Vital Proteins which makes my coffee thick and it has a very distinguished taste very bitter 🙁 probably won’t buy again unless I can disguise the taste in some juice.

Okay so this product definitely works but OMG the taste is absolutely horrendous most collagen with out flavor I suppose DOES but with out it tasting like garbage its pretty good also its pretty small for the price ngl

After initial loading dose I take 1 tablespoon a day. My skin is more hydrated and looks better. My wrinkles have improved. My hair is fuller, shiny, and I have new growth. Definitely will not be without this supplement.

Love the taste didn’t change the taste of what I was drinking at all. And the amount for the money was a good value.

I can’t believe how many people insist there’s no taste! I put this in my coffee and it adds a weird taste and texture. You have to mix it with the hot 1st otherwise it’s lumpy. When I add milk it’s weird but palatable. Creamer is just awful with it! Didn’t notice anything really different with my skin or nails.

To me there is an orange favor to this Collegen! The taste is good! I mix it with Hot Cocoa and orange juice!! It dissolves fine in hot or cold! I wish there was more in the tub then it would be a good value. I would purchase again.

I really think this has helped my skin look smoother. Especially on my thighs.It doesn’t mix well until you put it in warm to hot water. The taste is there like an earthy taste but tolerable. I wish it were cheaper though

I was referred to this product by a good friend after she’d been using it, as intended, for 4 months to date. I have been through nutrition training aabout decade ago. So, I know exactly how to loose weight and gain tone (meal planning, achievable/ low impact workouts and goals) at a healthy rate… avg 2-5 lbs a week… *without* the aid of supplements. Tbh, I’m still a bit sus about this product’s claims, even after the testimony of my friend, low-level research and the comments here even.So, imagine my surprise when I saw it for 15.99 (with subscription purchase of every 2 mos.)! Still my skepticism wouldn’t be silenced, but my curiosity was ready to go. Worst-case I loose 20 bucks. Bonus, I loose 20 lbs. More plausible, it does what it says on the can. So I figure up to 66% potential return on investment… ? As a gambling woman, those are odds I’ll take any day.So here’s my current experience with this product after 2 days of use:Idkw people were doing with this stuff to give such negative reviews! *smdh* I believe in the scientific method: always have a control, first, second and third round testing structure; hypothesize and take detailed notes as often as plausable/ possible, run the test cycle three or more times to confirm/ disprove, report final findings – favorable or otherwise. So, this is how I approached this product.If you’re not into dry milk (smell/ taste/ look/ texture) then, this is *not* the product for you. But if you’re like me, dipping a wetted finger into your baby’s powdered milk formula at every chance, this will be a very familiar (plausibly pleasurable) experience. Tactile wise, it’s definitely sticky when wet. It also instantly thickens anything it’s mixed with. Also, when you mix it, be thorough; as it’s powder with get put into tapioca-esque pearls and then you’re stuck with the unpleasantness of randomly biting down on the most bitter/ earthy & just plain “Yuck!” tapioca-like pearls known to humunkind.As previously advised in the comments, putting it in with berries/ citrus + milk is definitely the way to go. As drinking it with str8 water makes it taste like utter ass, with just a touch of nasty. To avoid this, try to make sure it’s being mixed well.Yesterday, I put a whole scoop into my one cup of Chiobani blueberry single serve yogurt cup. Boy, lmty… THICC! However I couldn’t taste the powder in the mix and noticed no change.Today, via the comments here, I decided to try 1/3 scoop in my cuppa. The only noticeable change was an added earthiness that was easily dealt with by milk, 2 pinches of sea salt and 4 tsps of sugar. That gave it a caramel-like flavor. Next, I added the remaining 2/3 scoop into my cottage cheese and mixed in some berry yogurt. Taste and smell wise 10/10. It has no immediate scent. When it does hit, its not entirely off putting- (to me at least). The powder on it’s own is comparable in taste and texture to powdered baby formula.I have yet to see any marked benefits, weight-loss/ skin/hair or otherwise. Not surprisingly as it’s only been 2 days. It’ll take about 1-3 mos to see some if any. I will update this comment after approx 1 mos./ 2nd mo./ 3mos with my find dings.

I had stopped taking this for a while. Nothing wrong just stopped buying and I noticed my face had more wrinkles near my eyes and I just looked like I was aging. I tried eye creams but it just wasn’t for me. I happened to order again and within days my skin started to glow and look youthful again. I’m taking now for over 45 days and I feel so pretty. It’s definitely better than eye creams that cake up and look strange on your face when you smile or laugh. As long as you take it regularly you will be satisfied. The only thing I didn’t like about my last purchase was that the powder had something brownish mixed in with the white. The container was sealed but I just didn’t like that the powder wasn’t all one color like the other containers I’ve purchased. It wasn’t poison since I’m able to write this review but I just don’t know what it was and that makes me uneasy.

I have used this product a few months, I noticed improvement in my skin and hair. I ran out and quicky noticed a change so I re -ordered! It is tasteless and mixes well in my protein shakes and yogurt. I am not a fan of the container; the lid is so large it is hard to grip to open. My hands are average female size, it’s just really big! Would recommend for healthy skin, and thicker healthier hair.

A few months ago I decided to give collagen a try not knowing what to expect. I noticed about a month after I started taking it that my bones weren’t cracking as much. As first I thought I was bug’n until I did some research on collagen and found that it helps with bone density which explained why my knees weren’t making as much noise. I highly recommend this product to women in perimenopause to help manage the imbalance of losing oestrogen and loud joints.

Got a wk ago. A product needs atleast 2wks/30days to show results. The thing is, the powder doesnt breakdown in liquid. It turns into this solid sticky paste. Not sure if i can return but if i can im going to because it’s a headache trying to get it to dissolve.

This product grows my hair and nails quickly. I have use so many things to lighten the dark patches on my cheeks, once I start using this produce my skin has lightened up with moisture and has become easy to manage.

I came back to the powder because the liquid bottle became hard to open after a few weeks.

I love this product because it dissolves quickly into my beverages.and no taste. Also I notice a huge difference in my hair nail and skin!! Actually this is the only collagen I would use, I just wish they would full the product up in the container.

This is a great product. I’ve been using it for 15 days now and have seen a significant, almost dramatic improvement in the quality of my skin. It has become more plump, feels smoother and softer from head to toe, and some of my previously indented crater-like acne scars have become more filled out, improving the surface smoothness of the skin on my face. I feel confident wearing no makeup, but my makeup goes on so much more smoothly and looks flawless over my skin now. All skin from my eyelids to the skin on my toes feels softer and more healthy. The only drawback of this is that you don’t get much in the container if you’re supposed to do one scoop per day. Again, I’ve been using for 15 days and probably have 2-3 days more left in the container so I’m ordering again. It’s definitely worth it and works, but I wish more product came in the container. Would give this 5 stars if there were more, and if I had been using longer to give a 30-day review. Additionally, I’m 25 years old and mix this with a fruit juice and drink first thing in the morning daily.
