It stopped my night sweets completely and minimized my hot flashes but as others mentioned, I broke out into hives during the last week of completing the bottle.The hives were on the back of my neck, lower abdomen, and on my lower arms. Nothing horrific that required medical attention but noticeable enough to irritate my skin and know I can’t purchase another bottle.Very unfortunate

DIM supplement is a tricky thing to review. Yes, it’s easy to swallow (yet as asked in my review if it provides pain relief the answer is no, it’s not supposed to) & there is no flavor(it’s a capsule). After a certain procedure I was told I needed to take this & the price at the doctors office was MUCH higher for the exact ingredients so I am happy with my purchase.

No more pms!! And pleasantly surprised that my skin is glowing, even though that wasn’t the reason I started these. I am beyond happy that I finally found something that works!
