Great product. Been using it a couple of years and what a difference. My nails and hair grow fast and are so strong. Almost ridiculous. Great addition. I don’t like taking 6 tablets…they are fine. It’s just me personally i have about 6 supplements I take almost daily. This is one. I notice I will skip this one more often than others just because it is 6 tables all on it’s own. They are big. I hope to see them reduced in size and quantity for the same dosage in the near future. But highly recommend as is.

I have been taking this religiously for the past couple of weeks and have noticed a difference in my skin. My skin is no longer dry, in fact my face has become oily which is a big change from its normal texture. I don’t know if that is good or not, but I’m not complaining. I have been taking these collagen pills for about 4 months. I am on my 2nd bottle. I didn’t notice the difference in my skin until 2 months after I started taking them. Not only is my skin soft and smoother but so are my heels.Yes, they are large pills but I just take them with my coffee and quickly force them down, no problem. They have no smell or after taste. I have noticed that there is less breakage with my naturally curly hair and it feels less fine. I think I see new hair growth coming in in my hairline too woohoo. I recommend these 100%.
